This document (hereinafter the "Terms") sets out the rules governing access to and use of the website https://ags-next.com/ (hereinafter the "Site"). The Site is published by AGS Telecom and showcases the digital offerings and solutions marketed under the trade name AGS NEXT.
Anyone who connects to the Site and browses it is deemed to accept these Terms in full and without reservation.

AGS NEXT is the trade name under which AGS Telecom carries out its activities.
Hosting: Infomaniak Network SA — Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland.
Anyone with an Internet connection may consult the Site freely.
While ATHENA GLOBAL SERVICES Telecom deploys the means required to keep the Site permanently available, it cannot be held liable for any stoppage, breakdown or malfunction caused by external factors (maintenance operations, force majeure, Internet network conditions, and so on).
Users are asked to refrain from any action that would impair the operation of the Site, and to abandon any attempt at unauthorised access.
The cybersecurity, backup, network and IT service offerings and solutions of AGS Next are presented on the Site for information purposes only, with no contractual value. ATHENA GLOBAL SERVICES TELECOM reserves the right to alter that content whenever it sees fit.
Every element making up the Site belongs to ATHENA GLOBAL SERVICES TELECOM or to its partners. Reproducing or exploiting them without authorisation amounts to infringement (articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
No liability may be attributed to ATHENA GLOBAL SERVICES TELECOM on the grounds of an inaccuracy, an omission, an interruption of access to the Site, or a loss arising from improper use. Information consulted is used at the user’s own risk.
The Site may carry references to external websites; ATHENA GLOBAL SERVICES TELECOM exercises no control over those destinations and accepts no liability in respect of them. Setting up a link pointing to the Site requires prior written agreement.
The Privacy Policy sets out how data gathered through the Site, in particular via the contact form, is processed. Rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection are exercised with the DPO: dpd@groupags.com.
