Editions
There are four different editions of Communicator Desktop, which are defined below:
- Office : this edition allows users to remotely operate desk phone control functions without physically touching the phone.
- Business : this edition offers softphone, conferencing, call parking, fax and many other enterprise unified communications functions.
- Agent : this edition is dedicated to improving the daily efficiency of call center agents. This edition lets you see the status of queues, calls on hold, busy agents, idle agents, and so on.
- Supervisor : this edition allows you to monitor agents and queues in real time, track agent performance and generate comprehensive statistical reports.
