TUTORIAL: Record a temporary absence message

Message recording
To record a temporary greeting message on your phone, dial *123 and follow the instructions:
- Press 0 to access the voicemail options
- Press 4 to record a temporary greeting
- Save the temporary greeting message
When this temporary message is enabled, it replaces the standard greeting.
To restore the standard greeting message, you must delete the temporary message
Deleting the message
Dial the voicemail menu (*123 by default) from the phone on which your extension is registered, then follow the instructions below:
- Enter the voicemail PIN code
- Press 0 to access the voicemail options (a message will indicate that a temporary greeting is active and overrides the standard message)
- Press 4
- Press 2 to delete the temporary greeting
Once option 2 is selected, the temporary message will be deleted and the standard greeting message will be restored. You can also record or import a new message by following the procedure explained at the beginning of the guide.
