• Either *8 when a call rings an extension in a call group whose extension wishing to pick it up has call pickup rights:

Example, in the extension settings below, this extension is part of call group 1 and has call pickup rights for the same call group:

• Either *88+the number of the ringing extension. Most phones are auto-provisioned with the retrieval code on the BLF. So it is enough to press the BLF key of the extension receiving the call to pick it up. Otherwise, you will need to set the pickup code (*88) in the phone.
• Either with Communicator by right-clicking on the ringing extension => pick up the call.

In any case, the enhanced service “Directed call pickup ” of the extension that intercepts the calls, is enabled.
