Prerequisites:
It is possible to change the language of the voice (the voice when checking voicemail, for example).
We have created an FR voice pack in studio recording for PBXware, which we can offer you.

Procedure to set up our FR voice pack:
1. Log in using WinSCP or any other FTP client to the PBXWARE server (host (IP or domain) + port 2020) with your root credentials.
2. Send the provided FR voice pack: "sound_fr_v2.3.zip” in /opt/pbxware/pw/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/
3. Then connect via SSH to the server and enter the following command:
cd /opt/pbxware/pw/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/ unzip sound_fr_v2.3.zip
4. Next, you need to specify under PBXware in Settings > Protocols > Default language: fr
