If you experience problems with your BLFs not working, in the majority of cases this is due to global presence being enabled in your extension.

Global presence will enable presence for all tenants on the system.

Note: enabling this option will prevent you from monitoring the presence status of extensions on the same tenant, unless you enter the tenant prefix before the extension number (for example, 2001001 for extension 1001 on tenant 200). However, if you set global presence to Yes, you will not be able to use BLFs to monitor your tenant's parking lots, because their numbers do not have a tenant prefix.

If global presence is enabled, you must make sure to set your BLFs as tenant number + extension or disable global presence if the configuration is set to extension number only.

The Global Presence option can be configured at the UAD level as well as at the extension level.

Go to Settings > UAD > Edit UAD > Global presence

Go to Home > Extensions > Edit extension > Show advanced options > Global presence
