Installation via SERVERware
Introduction
SERVERware is the virtualization platform developed by Bicom Systems, designed to provide an optimized and highly available infrastructure for communication solutions. It enables the rapid deployment of IP PBXs, communication servers, and other essential services with centralized management and built-in redundancy.
If you use SERVERware, installing PBXware in this environment follows a process similar to a standard installation, with a few steps at startup. This guide will walk you step by step through the installation and configuration of PBXware on SERVERware to ensure an efficient and functional deployment.

1. In the VPS tab, click the Create VPS button.
2. Fill in the options requested by the creation wizard, such as the name, template (version), hardware resources, and network.
3. Once the PBXware virtual machine with SERVERware is created, access the IP address in your browser and you will land on the setup wizard. Here, configure your system.
4. Now follow this guide to deploy your PBXware PBX.
NOTE:
When the VPS is created on SERVERware, the OS as well as PBXware are installed automatically without any action on your part.
You can then access the PBXware graphical interface.
Installation wizard
Once the OS installation is complete, go to a web browser at the IP address of your PBXware instance to start the deployment.
The installation wizard is designed to collect the essential data needed to make the system operational. Once the installation wizard is complete, the system should be fully licensed, fully operational, and ready to use.
If you have decided to install PBXware on a platform other than SERVERware, the default password to access the installation wizard is pbxware.
