Choose Generic SIP as provider and click on Next step.

Finally, fill in the following additional configuration so that the trunk can automatically re-register in case of an outage (expand the additional configuration field at the bottom of the page by clicking the button Advanced) :
[registration] expiration=120 auth_rejection_permanent=no max_retries=1000 retry_interval=60 fatal_retry_interval=60 forbidden_retry_interval=120 In order to check whether the SIP trunk is properly registered, go to Admin settings > Asterisk CLI, then type the following command:
pjsip show registrations WARNING:
The presented number (caller ID or CallerID) must be a number attached to the SIP trunk.
In the field Outbound caller ID found in the section Caller ID the trunk settings, enter a DID number attached to the trunk.
You can also configure this setting at the level of a particular tenant, on a Multi-tenant system in the section Trunks > Trunks & Tenants > Caller identification. This option can be useful if a trunk is used on multiple tenants.
If you want to set a different outgoing DID number for each extension, please consult
Enhanced services > Caller ID
