• Once the license key is received, it must be installed when you are prompted for it during the process
Installation wizard (see point 3), the license server automatically detects that it is a Multi-Tenant or Contact-Center license and automatically adds the modules to the machine without any action on your part.

• The Contact-Center version offers all software features for free (extension groups, voicemails, IVRs, queues, RPS provisioning…)

• Multi-tenant offers the ability to create 800 Tenants on the machine and use all the features for free.

• Only extensions, softphone applications, meeting licenses & CRM must be purchased on your reseller account Bicom Systems.
